Nutrition Academy Cookery Class
As a qualified Chef specialising in healthy eating, Dean offers a hands on cooking experience, which will demonstrate how to create healthy, tasty meals by using a variety of ingredients, ensuring you don’t get bored with the same food day in day out. You will also learn about meal planning, macro nutrients and setting calorie targets and deficits to achieve your specific goals. During the class, we will produce two breakfast options, four main meals and a healthy snack.
We will work together to prepare and cook these dishes in a clean healthy way giving you the confidence to repeat these methods at home. The menu will vary with the season, covering poultry, fish, red meat or game and a vegetarian dish. You can take away any food produced together with a recipe book of the meals you have created. The main aim is to show people that eating healthily can be enjoyable and sustainable. Why not ask a friend to join you to enjoy the fun and share the cost!
