Having been in the Royal Marines Commandos for over 14 years I can physically prepare you before you embark on your new challenge. With access to all the military physical criteria I can guarantee success in this field.

COVER MODEL FIT: For those that are looking to go that little bit further, be it a competition, a show or a photo shoot. This option is not for the faint hearted! I will push you to your physical and nutritional limits ensuring you are in the best possible shape for your given event.
NUTRITION ADVICE AND DIET PROGRAMS: This option can be carried out online or in person, you will be required to complete a 7 day diet log and questionnaire about your general dietary habits. In return you will receive a comprehensive document covering common nutrition mistakes, general advice and a 7 day diet program written to your specific physique and fitness goals.
COOKING CLASSES: As a qualified chef specializing in healthy eating I can come to you or you come to me, either way I’ll do the washing up! In half a day AM or PM I will design you a 7 day diet program covering 3 meals a day and snacks whilst showing you how to prepare and cook many of these dishes in a clean healthy way, all tailored to your specific physique and fitness goals, be it dropping a dress size for a special event, dropping or gaining weight for your chosen sport.
