As a qualified Chef specialising in healthy eating, I offer a hands on cooking experience, which will demonstrate how to create healthy, tasty meals by using a variety of ingredients, ensuring you don’t get bored with the same food day in day out. I can come to you or you come to me, either way I’ll do the washing up! During a half day class, we will produce two breakfast options, five main meals and a dessert. We will work together to prepare and cook these dishes in a clean healthy way giving you the confidence to repeat these methods at home. The chosen meals are tailored to your specific physique and fitness goals, be it dropping a dress size for a special event or dropping / gaining weight for your chosen sport. You can take away any food produced together with a recipe book of the meals you have created. The main aim is to show people that eating healthily can be enjoyable and sustainable.
